I enjoyed the convenient location, close to Busch Gardens. The staff showed kindness and offered helpful customer service, especially one employee named Mary. My room was clean with a cozy vibe. However, the hallway carpets were a mess, stained and unkempt. It smelled off in parts of the building, especially near the elevator. Check-in was chaotic. it took forever and I felt ignored while the staff chatted with other clients. The room needed more essentials, like cups and pots that I expected to find in a kitchenette. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

The Museum of Science and Industry was only a little over 5 km away and offered so many fascinating exhibits to explore. both spots are ideal for anyone who enjoys strolling through nature and soaking up unique sights in the city.
